I create under the name lynneannec. I love to combine all my passions. I will take a photograph. Then I will use that as a model for my artwork. I will usually start with a colored pencil drawing. Then I will build that into a watercolor painting. Next I will add acrylic paint and acrylic medium for a high gloss and 3D texture. Lastly I will create matted notecards from prints of my paintings. I have also written a book “Minou The Enchanted Bayou Cat” based on a series of artwork I have done.

Bio
I’m Lynne Campo – lynneannec, artist, photographer, and now author! I was raised in the ninth ward of New Orleans, Louisiana, in what was then called East Gentilly. My work is influenced by the diverse culture, traditions and language I was raised in. When my family and I were forced to flee from Hurricane Ida, we evacuated and relocated to beautiful Northwest Arkansas. My ancestors are from here, and now I also draw inspiration from the Ozarks, the arts, and the excitement of the Natural State!
