Puddin Ridge Llamas and Alpacas is a small rescue farm. We work closely with Southeast Llama Rescue. Born from the rescue and the shearing that must occur yearly, a fiber business emerged. We also have a group of local llama and alpaca owners who work together to support one another and educate the public on the animals. Among the group are folks who do not use their fiber, so that fiber is also “rescued” into the business. All the llama and alpaca fiber in the shop is locally sourced. We do all that we can to provide the best homes for animals in need. Sales of the fiber helps offset costs of the animals care and allows us to continue to spread the joy of llamas and alpacas and how best to care for them.

Bio
We are retired Air Force. I have always been involved in crafting of some type but after acquiring the llamas and alpacas and having a pile of fiber, I decided to learn what to do with it. There are so many aspects to fiber arts that I will be learning for the rest of my life! I really enjoy spinning and weaving and trying other things with my fiber. I am happy to talk llamas or fiber at anytime!
