My love of textiles has led me to natural plant dyeing and printing. I use plants such as marigolds, osage wood, logwood, and madder, to dye textiles. I then carve an image or use plants to print on the textiles. Items should remain color fast, but some fading may occur. Fading will only add to the beauty of the textile.

I began sewing at a young age then designing my own fabrics. I started eco-dyeing or botanical dyeing of textiles and papers with plants when I moved to northwest Arkansas in 2018. I love walking on the trails and foraging for various plant species.
