Well you know I love stories, so let me tell you, my husband has a rare allergy called Oral Allergy Syndrome. It’s super weird because he is allergic to not only nuts like almonds and soy, and honestly just like a bunch of stuff, in ADDITION to also being deathly allergic to all fruits and many vegetables. Also interesting is the more distorted the item the less intense the reaction, so cooking, canning, processing, etc. helps to alleviate the reaction. I have been with him for almost ten years and let me tell you, he tries to eat them because he WANTS them. It’s not great
