Same recipe as the bread loaves. These croutons are seasoned with Organic Olive Oil, Organic Pink Himalayan Salt, Organic Black Pepper, and airfried again to crisp up the texture. Once purchased, it is recommend heating them again to get the desired crispiness. Great addition to salads, a warm delicious soup or even as a snack!

Hi! I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2012 that set me on this trajectory to start to create bakes that my overloaded system would not react to! There were very few options on the market back in 2012 and if there were, they were limited and did not always taste great!
My diverse and neurodivergent family became my guinea pigs (largely my nieces and nephews) for many years as I baked and weeded out the good, the bad and the really bad creations lol. I am Aunt Janny to them. So this is one the inspirations behind Aunt Jannys!
